The Weber Genesis II Grill with its unique high tech tapered burners there is consistent gas flow from front to back of burners for improved heat distribution so food grills evenly and consistently.

The Weber Genesis II  and II LX is angled just right to catch drippings that smoke and sizzle, as juices and fats dry onto the Weber flavorized bars the rich bbq flavors are able to circulate and infuse back into the food while protecting the burners from grease.

The new Weber Genesis II grease management system is placed in the center of the grill. Grease is funneled away from the burners into an easily accessible drip tray, located with the catch pan under the cookbox.
