You can purchase a BBQ from Pollocks either on-line, by phone or by email.
If you choose to make an e-commerce purchase you will receive a “ Thank you Email for your order” and Order #. The email advises you that your order is being processed.
Your order will include the price of the barbecue, your shipping instructions ( Pickup or Assembly + Delivery + Set-up), HST, payment method (Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card) and the total price of the order. All orders are priced in Canadian dollars. Shipping and taxes are estimated and will be updated during the final checkout process.
As part of the ordering process, we require your email, telephone # , billing address and a delivery address. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by phone or email to finalize the details on pricing, shipping (pickup) or assembly+delivery+set-up.
Once we have finalized your order, either in-store or by phone or email, we send a confirmation email stating “Your order is complete”.
If a product is out of stock, we will follow-up with a phone call or email within 2 – 3 days to revise the estimated delivery date or change your order. Any changes made during this phase of the ordering process will result in a note being added to your order and a follow-up email being sent.

Delivery – Shipping:
We only deliver barbecues within the Toronto Area. For an additional fee an option exists to have a Pollocks BBQ specialist deliver an assembled barbecue to your home and we’ll set-up in your desired location. We work with you to find the best day and time for your barbecue to be delivered and set-up safely at your home.
If you would prefer to assemble your own barbecue, an option exists to pick-up a boxed barbecue in-store at Pollocks Home Hardware.
Used barbecues will not be accepted as a return or refund.
If a barbecue was received defective or damaged, it can be returned for an exchange for the same product, within 30 days. Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless product was shipped to you defective or in error
Items returned within 30 days that are in perfect, unused condition, including all manuals and packaging materials will be refunded for the amount of the product only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If a product is returned in poor condition or there are items missing, Pollocks Barbecues reserves the right to refuse the return.
