This unique and versatile grill is the brainchild of visionary industrial designer, Robert Brunner, former chief of design at Apple and designer of Beats by Dr. Dre headsets. The vision for the grill was to be unlike any other grill and cook better than premium price models. Launched in 2011, the Fuego has been recognized by leading magazines and industry award panels for its efficient performance and unique good looks. The Fuego Element is the proud recipient of the following awards: IDSA Gold, Good design award, Spark Design award and the Vesta Best Gas Grill.
The undeniable benefits of the highly innovative and award winning Fuego Element and Professional Grills are seen in this video
Large enough for cooking 20 burgers or 10 jumbo vegetable skewers at once. With the Fuego Professional, we did this all while maintaining a small 28″ x 28″ footprint with the lid open and a 24″x 24″ footprint with the lid closed. The Fuego Element has an even smaller footprint.
Why win the BTU war when “Time to Temperature” is what really matters. Fuego Grills never disappoint, heating to temps of 500F in just 5 minutes and with a 650F max option. Cleverly engineered, the Fuego Professional achieves this performance with a fuel efficient 22,000 BTU/hr burner.
The dual zone capabilities of our grills offer either indirect low and slow cooking or direct fast and hot grilling. With Zone 1’s indirect: 15,000 BTU/hr you grill low and slow. When combined with with Zone 2’s direct heat ( 7,000 BTU/hr ) Fuego performs at a uniform temperature of 22,000 BTU/hr .
One of the Fuego’s quiet features is its mobility. Its four non-marking industrial casters ensure a smooth and stable roll while moving your grill around your deck or patio. The two locking wheels and its 21″ wide wheel base keep the grill stable when used. Be smart, never move the grill while it’s hot
We removed an additional 100+square inches of surface area from the bottom of the firebowl to allow cooking debris to drop straight into a residue tray. Any grease residue is safely stored below the fire box. To clean, simply pull the tray handle and return to start grilling again.
The Fuego features a hinged access door to easily access the propane tank for everyday use and when it’s time to replace it. We also added a perfect door clasp to keep the front panel closed securely, preventing those annoying rattles you hear on other grills
Speaking of the lid, we added hood hinges at a 45° angle, so no more reaching over the hot fire like most gas grills. The hood also acts nicely as a windbreak for those open lid cooking days
